⚠️ Booking & Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations/no-shows are subject to a $50–$100 fee, based on appointment length.

A valid credit card must be securely kept on file to book. Your card is NOT charged at booking and full card information is not visible to our team. It is only kept on file to enforce our cancellation/no-show policy when applicable.

No credit card? Please call the clinic. A $50–$100 e-transfer deposit is required before your appointment can be reserved and will be applied toward your treatment.
